HOW JACKED DO YOU WANNABE?
1. Start with 8 to 10oz of Cold Coffee or Espresso (If time is tight, 1 Spoonful Instant Coffee)
2. Add 4 to 6 oz Skim or Whole Milk or Low Fat Heavy Cream. (Add ice if desired)
3. 8oz Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt (Optional)
4. Mix to Desired Smoothness (15-20 seconds)
5. With Mixer Still Running add 4oz of Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
6. 2-3 Scoops of Libera-Tone Vanilla or Chocolate Whey Protein
8. Continue Mixing for an Additional (15-20 seconds)
9. Enjoy your Shake!
