1. Start with 8 to 10oz of Cold Water, Skim or Whole Milk. ( Add ice if desired))
2. 1 Fresh or Frozen Whole Small to
Medium size Banana
3. Mix to Desired Smoothness (15-20 seconds)
4. With Mixer Still Running add 1 tbsp of Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
5. Add 2-3 Scoops of Libera-Tone Chocolate Whey Protein
6. Continue Mixing for an Additional
(15-20 seconds)
