1. Start with 8 to 10oz of Cold Water, Skim or Whole Milk. ( Add ice if desired)
2. Add 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
3. 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Pineapple chunks
4. ¼ Cup Fresh or Frozen Blue berries
5. 8oz Low Fat Plain Yogurt
6. Mix to Desired Smoothness ( 15-20 seconds)
7. With Mixer Still Running add 2-3 Scoops of Libera-Tone Strawberry Whey Protein!
