1. Start with 8 to 10oz of Cold Water, Skim or Whole Milk. ( Add ice if desired)
2. 1 Fresh or Frozen Whole Small to medium size Banana
3. 8oz Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
4. Mix to Desired Smoothness (15-20 seconds)
5. With Mixer Still Running add 2 tsp of Honey
6. Add 2-3 Scoops of Libera-Tone Vanilla Whey Protein
7. Continue Mixing for an Additional (15-20 seconds)
8. Enjoy your Shake!
